According to statements made by RIM employees at Droid Con, you can scratch support for In-App Billing Services, Google Maps, SIP, SIP voIP, Native Development Kit items, Cloud To Device Messaging System, and Live Wallpaper.
Playbook's Limited Android App Compatibility May Disappoint
This limited compatibility may very well disappoint as it means there might only be a handful of Android apps that will actually run on the device. This will of course affect the interaction of the Playbook and the Android Market if there is any to be had at all.

Currently many retailers are offering the Playbook with up to $200 discounts and working diligently to reduce stock as sales aren't on par with initial RIM estimates.
