Once upon a time, there were magazines such as HighlightsTM for Kids which featured Hidden Picture puzzles. Month after month, kids would relish the fact that a few hours of enjoyment would be coming there way. There is no reason mobile device owners should miss out on the. Welcome Jarbull with their game Hidden Object Adventure Free, also known as "Where Is My Stuff"? With 18 Levels of challenging hidden object scenarios, entertaining storylines, the ability to get hints and ever changing presentation, can one go wrong?
Setup
When the app is opened, the main screen appears with options for playing the game, how to play the game, development credits and an exit icon. We recommend spending a few seconds reading the "How To Play" to get information on game play and navigation. Click on "Start Game" and you are presented with a quick entertaining story line for each level and then are sent to look for the hidden objects.
Each level allows for up to three hints. Use them wisely. Taking advantage of hints will NOT tell you where the object is, but point to a radius in which the object lies. Run out of hints? You can get more, but will have to visit something, get something or do something outside of the main app to get them. Objects are well hidden which makes each level challenging. If you want to stop the game or exit, repeating a level will reveal the same objects, but in a different order making it so different objects are featured each time you play a level. This makes the game far more interesting and of course a heck of a task. Unless you are a robot, your brain will go to work each time you open the app. Nice touch!
Conclusion
We give this app 4.5 out of 5 stars because aside from the app being very challenging, it offers a new experience each time the same level is approached. Also because you have the potential access to unlimited hints beyond the supplied three without having to make in-app purchases. Furthermore because even with hints, the game is still challenging. This is definitely a head scratcher for sure. It's worth the download.
